How to Make Keto Cookies – A Gluten-Free Recipe For Keto Dieters

To make your own Keto cookies, you will need: Almond Flour, Eggs,(oh chia seeds in water for fake egg if you are vegan) vanilla, & baking powder and a sweetener of your choice, Stevia or Monk fruit. These are the only main ingredients listed in the recipe but You could also add, cinnamon, and dark choc chips. You can also use other flavorings such as nutmeg, mocha, or coffee.

The secret behind Keto cookies is only using sugar substitutes. This will give you a healthier option, as sugar alcohols can raise your blood sugar level and cause you to gain weight. The sweetness of these cookies is because of the added stevia but I suppose, if you don’t like sweet things, you can leave it out. You. can also add some Coconut oil or Ghee for the fat ratio.

Preheat the oven at 350F and get a lined baking tray with non toxic parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients and mix until you get a thick batter. Take a spoon or cookie scoop and scoop out a ball of cookie mixture and place on baking tray. Press each ball into a circular shape and then take a fork and give it one last press. Bake cookies for about 12-15 mins depending on thickness of cookie. I sometimes take melted chocolate and once cookies are cooled, dip one side in the melted chocolate and let cool. MmmmMmmm Enjoy!
